As soon as the next day in Sonderborg, we noticed a lot of differences in traffic. The thing that we first noticed was red lights for pedestrians are turning green at night every two cycles in intersections. But you can make it green if you press a button under traffic lights. We also noticed there are no traffic jams in the city, everything runs smoothly and fast or we were just lucky until now. While we were exploring the city the first week, we also noticed that in intersections there arent sometimes all four crosswalks as we are used to. In one part of the city, we even saw only one crosswalking in the whole intersection. But not everything is bad in Sonderborg roads are really nice and flat, there are no speed bumps or tunnels, because of its very flat geographical composition. They also have lanes for bicycles which a lot of people use even if its cold weather. And for the summary, driving in Sonderborg is really efficient and fast, maybe not soo for pedestrians but you can get used to it really fast. They also have good public transportation with trains and busses, soo anywhere you have to go, you get there fast.
