Our stay in Germany has showed us how it’s like to live in a different country all by yourself. We got to see and talk to people from Germany and other countries such as Russia, Poland, USA and many more. There are a lot of differences in how people live, work, spend their time… We also noticed that the prices of everyday items are very different to those that are in Slovenia, some things that are in abundance are cheaper and other things are more expensive, the prices are of course different because the countries are economically different, but going out and eating in restaurants is way more expensive. They also use buses and trams in the city which are faster than buses but are more rough on the turns. We mostly stayed in our apartment when we came home from work and didn’t do anything special because we were either too tired or just weren’t bothered to do anything. But living in Germany was a nice experience because we got to see another culture up close. We also got to visit some more popular tourist attractions in the city which was nice.
