After spending three weeks in Tampere, you began to wonder what you have at home. Here there is constantly a stranger right beside you, constant traffic and no exaggerated nature. What I miss the most is peace and quiet. You can’t drink any hot coffee in the café by the lake, because there isn’t any. People don’t greet eachother and everyone stick more to themselves. At home we have a company/service activity and there is always something that I can do in my free time, here however, I am a bit bored in my free time.
The prices of basic materials and food are quite similar to the ones in Slovenia. Alcohol and cigarettes are an exeption as both are more expensive than the ones in Slovenia. For example: in Slovenia, a can of beer cost about 1,15 euro, here in Finland, the price is about 3 times more expensive.
