4. 4. 2019,
In the morning we were in a hurry again, ate breakfast, drank coffee, got ready really fast.
When we arrived in front of the school our bus was already waiting to drive us to Pompeii that “was an ancient roman city near modern Naples in the Campania region of Italy” as I read at Wikipedia on our way.
The weather was fantastic, sunny but not too hot. We walked around for some time and I quickly realized why it is so popular and fascinating, the whole city is still standing and you can walk where romans walked. That whole Pompeii experience was great.
Our next stop was Naples city center. When we got there it started raining and I really didn’t like it because I wasn’t dressed for rainy weather. We had free time after we came from the famous Church of Gesu Nuovo in Naples. Our mostly Slovenian group went to Galeria Umberto 1st. Weather got better and my mood too.
After naples visit we went home to get ready for the last group dinner (goodbye dinner for Germans). I was really hungry when we got there and was hoping that we will get food as quickly as possible but food didn’t arrive for the next half of an hour, but at that point I was used to it because it was like that almost every time when we went out to eat. But even though we had to wait the food was great, we ate four different pizzas.
