Logistics play a big part in our daily lifes. We can find it in almost every business genre.
When travelling it is a lot easier if you can imagine some kind of a map from where to where you are travelling. Eather way every single country has its own system of internal traffic. In my opinion in Slovenia, we pay too little attention to timeliness and accuracy of our subjects of transport. If we take railway traffic for an example. Everybody who has ever used this way of getting somewhere knows that in Slovenia no train exists that wouldn’t be late for at least 5 minutes, trains aren’t even as close as comfortable as they could or also even should be minding the fact, we live in 2021 and not in 2005. But let’s leave that hot topic for another occasion.
In comparison with Finnish traffic, we could really improve a lot of things.
Every bigger town has its own free telephone app where u can type a place of departion and your wanted destination, on the basis of this the program makes a list of all most useful bus lines including the timetables and walking distance to your chosen bus stop. I find that very useful especially for tourists or other foreigners who aren’t used to the town. It brings buses closer to the user and relaxes your trip by bus because using the app makes you one hundred percent sure that you are going in the right direction.
