Our visit to the school

On Wednesday me and Žiga went to our mentors school, where we had a chance to see how their school system operates. We were arranged to get to the tram station near school so that Žiga’s mentor Tom could get us and show us the way inside. When we got inside and went to the classroom we met and were greeted by all our mentors schoolmates but they didn’t have much time because they were studying for a test the very next hour. When we got in we soon learned that they are allowed 2 books with all the equations and theories in them so they could just look them up while they are writing the test, they also had 90 minutes for the 3 page single sided test. We combated the boredom with out phones and by simply looking around the class and looking at them still struggling with the test. After they finished we had a 30 minute break which we used to go to a bakery. For the next 2 hours we had a substitute teacher because the other one was sick, so we basically had 2 free hours which we used to talk about the differences about Slovenia and Germany, we also thought some Slovene words to our new schoolmates. After those 2 hours passed we were free to go so we took the tram back home and on the way back to the apartment stopped at the local supermarket for some food for the evening.
