3rd week in Denmark we were in Tønder. We were learning about 3D modeling in a program called Inventor. I personally have a lot of experience in 3D modeling with programs like OnShape and Fusion 360, but Inventor was still kinda new to me. It has a lot of similarities with Fusion, but it still took me some time to get used to it.
Our task was to 3D model a grill, which we will actually build in the 4th week. The most confusing part for me was working with sheet metal in the program, but with some patience and asking for help, I got the hang of it. Since I finished the grill pretty fast, the teacher told me I could design something out of sheet metal, and he would plasma cut it for me. So, I made an outline of my car, a Ford Focus MK1 03, and added my surname on the side. He then showed me how the plasma cutter works, which was really cool.
The last two days were for finishing the grill, and those who were done already started studying for §17 (hot work in Black smith`s workshop certificate). I just quickly went through the material, memorized the main points, and then spent most of Friday playing GeoGuessr.
