On March 3, 2024, together with students and professors, we traveled to Finland for a 4-week exchange. The journey began with a gathering at Ljubljana Airport. There we boarded the plane around 9 in the morning and flew to the airport in Istanbul. The way there seemed to me to be very short and fast because we had tablets and so the time passed much faster. We also had lunch during the flight, which was surprisingly very good. We had about an hour and a half at the airport in Istanbul, until our connecting flight to Helsinki. At the beginning, we used the time to look at the shops they have there. After a long walk through the airport, we finally reached our gate. From there we boarded the plane. This time the flight was much longer and I couldn’t wait to land. Upon landing, we boarded the train in the subway, where we took the train to Helsinki. There we changed the train to Jyväskylä. The train was late, so we traveled for a good 3 hours. When the train arrived, after a 20-minute walk, we finally reached the university, where we collected the keys. We finally arrived at the apartment a little after 12 o’clock in the evening and immediately went to bed.
