Barcelona is the city located in coast of north eastern Spain. Our three hour trip to there was pretty chill. I was looking outside the train window and I noticed the difference between Slovenian and Spain’s province. The Spain’s province is more dry and sunny than our green and watery. When we arrived we went to hostel with subway. After that went to a breath taking beach. We took some time and lay on pier to admire beautiful sunsets and at night we watched the stars.
In the next few days we visit some popular tourist places like stunning cathedral of Sagrada Familia. That beautiful and stunning cathedral is creation of the famous Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí. The cathedral was the finale to his incredible Modernist career, and it has been under continuous construction since 1882. The Sagrada Familia cathedral is getting restore, which will be finished on the 100th anniversary of Gaudí’s death. This is a reason why on photos is seen safety nets.
We also take a trip to stadium and see some amazing buildings. I just can’t get over the fact that almost all buildings are in old style. So amazing and so beautiful. I hope I will have the opportunity to visit Barcelona again in the summer time, because I would really love higher temperatures than now.
I wished that we would stay in Barcelona longer to see more amazing things and play volleyball on the beach.
