A funny thing happened at work today. When Anja and I came to the workshop the lights were out. We were surprised to say the least.
After a few moments they explained what had happened. There was a construction going on, not too far away. One of the construction workers came to talk to the owners of the workshop.
Due to the language barrier I am not sure what the conversation was about. However I presume that he came to explain the situation. After a small talk about our exchange program we finally went to work.
Shortly afterwards the lights went out again and we had to turn off the sewing machines. Majority of our day consisted of us trying and failing to work with the sewing machines. We had to constantly turn them off and do the same with the lights.
We still did some work though! We had to rip the seams of a few test sleeves. By the end of our work day the electricity was finally working again. In the end, all’s well that ends well. :3
